If you have an upcoming holiday, you can pay your holiday balance easily and securely online in the Manage My Booking area of the site. To update passenger details, please email with the following information for each traveller on the booking, no later than eight weeks before departure:

  • Name as listed on passport, including any middle names
  • Date of Birth
  • Place of Birth
  • Occupation
  • Passport Number
  • Passport Issue Date
  • Passport Expiry Date
  • Issuing Authority: IPS/GBR/HMPO
  • Birth Country
  • Nationality
  • Insurance Provider
