We’re delighted to have received the World Travel and Tourism Councils (WTTC) Safe Travels stamp, which recognises businesses and destinations worldwide that have adopted a new set of global protocols to support the return of 'Safe Travel' around the world. The 'Safe Travels' stamp provides you, our customers, with assurance and peace of mind that we have implemented enhanced health and hygiene protocols on all holidays aligned with WTTC’s Safe Travels Protocols based on experience and guidance from the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
Your safety as well as that of our employees and partners has always been our top priority, this is why we have put new physical distancing and cleaning measures in place on all our tours. Our new Holiday Assurance policy features new health and safety measures from the moment you arrive with us until we say our fond farewells. Our policy will continue to evolve as we work with our local partners and receive the latest FCO and Government advice.
We have been working with our trusted partners in destination and asked our suppliers to adhere to our minimum requirements.
Highly trained Holiday Directors
Our amazing Holiday Directors are trained to handle all manner of situations and COVID-19 is no exception. They will receive specific health and safety training and will be able to implement the specific protocols where required.
On trip transport
There will be an enhanced level of cleaning onboard your coach and deep cleaning practices will be adhered to. You will have allocated seats and hand sanitizer will be available on the coach but we recommend you carry your own as well.
All of our accommodation providers will be working to the very highest standards of hygiene – you already always enjoy a private room of your own on all of our trips, all of our partners will be guided by local government operational standards of hygiene and the new protocols we have issued to them.
Experiencing local culture and sights
Everything is always taken care of for you on a Travelsphere holiday, now is no exception – we will continue to work extremely closely with our local partners, as we always have, to ensure entry into local attractions, meals included as part of your holiday or any experiences we may offer adhere to local health and safety standards and that the correct protocols are always followed.

We reserve the right to ask any guest presenting symptoms to self-isolate pending a test and to inform the Holiday Director immediately, so that protocols can be put in place to manage the situation.
