Itinerary

Day 1 UK - Prague

Make your own way to the airport for your flight to Prague. On arrival we'll transfer you to your hotel located in the centre of the city on Wenceslas Square. Later we'll gather together for a festive welcome drink.

Day 2 Prague

This morning join your Holiday Director for a guided walking tour of Prague and it's Christmas markets. The "City of 100 Spires" is an architectural wonder and you'll see examples of Renaissance, Baroque and Gothic styles as you wander the winding streets in the company of your travelling companions. The spellbinding Charles Bridge is like something from a fairy tale and the medieval astronomical clock is a highlight. However, the Christmas markets are the star of the show and the largest in the city can be found in the Old Town Square which is dominated by a huge Christmas tree and filled with craft and food stalls that build the festive atmosphere. After stopping for a mulled wine and typical Czech festive sweet treat you'll have free time to explore the city and further Christmas markets in the area. Meals included: B

Day 3 Prague - At Leisure

Today you can discover this beautiful city at your leisure, enjoying the Christmas markets in Wenceslas Square, exploring the winding lanes of the Jewish Quarter, or taking in the sights from a boat trip on the Vltava river. If you prefer you can join your Holiday Director on a guided tour of the Prague Castle District which includes entrance to the Castle complex. The area has it's own Christmas market which you will visit before an included lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch enjoy a guided walk through the Lesser Town and ending at the Old Town with a stop at the nativity scene at the Church of our Lady of Snow. Meals included: B

Day 4 Prague - UK
