DAY 1 Honolulu
This will be Day 11 of your America’s Golden West tour or Day 14 of your Western Explorer tour. You will be transferred from your hotel to the airport for a flight to Honolulu, situated on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Transfer on arrival to your hotel for a six night stay.
DAY 2 TO 6 Waikiki
Free to enjoy the delights of Waikiki. As an introduction to your island paradise for the next five days, we have included a half day sightseeing tour of Honolulu and Pearl Harbor, where you can view the memorial to the battleship USS Arizona. There is so much to see and do, apart from simply lazing on the golden sands and bathing in the warm waters. We offer a range of fascinating optional excursions that will help you get the most of this stunning island.
Oahu Grand Circle Island Tour
Discover the scenic splendours and historical attractions of Oahu on this round tour of the island. In the company of a local guide, you will visit Diamond Head, Hanauma Bay (not Tuesdays), and the famous surfing beaches in the north, as well as sugar cane fields, the Byodo-In Temple and the Dole Plantation, where you can try your hand at the world’s largest maze and take a ride on the Pineapple Express train around the fields of pineapples.
Polynesian Cultural Centre
Enjoy a display of native village life at the Polynesian Cultural Centre, where you will be able to wander around authentic villages and attend a canoe pageant on the tropical lagoon.
Luau and Buffet
Enjoy a special evening at the Polynesian Cultural Centre as you attend a Luau, a traditional dance that tells the story of Hawaiian legends before the main evening show. You will also enjoy an American or Pacific buffet.
Navatek Sunset Buffet
Cruise Board the Navatek for an evening of entertainment and unforgettable views from the comfort of your seat in the Blue Hawaii dining room on board the ship. A fabulous international buffet dinner and a premium cocktail are included.
Paradise Cove Luau
Paradise Cove will live up to its name on this traditional Hawaiian feast and show, framed against the spectacular sunset. The 12-acre beachfront comes to life with island crafts and games. Your evening includes a traditional Mai Tai greeting and games, the Hukilau Ceremony, the Shower of Flowers, the Procession of the Royal Court, the Imu show and amphitheatre and a luau dinner, as well as the chance to admire the arts and crafts of Polynesia. In the company of a local guide, you will see all the sights of the island, including Kailua Town, coffee plantations, Black Sand Beach, the Hawaii Volcano Observatory, Fern Tree Jungle, Akaka Waterfalls, the Parker Ranch Lands and the Waimea District. You will also drive to the steam bluffs and craters and visit the Orchid and Anthurium nursery.

DAY 7 San Francisco or Los Angeles/UK
Transfer to the airport for the flight to San Francisco or Los Angeles.
