Service Advisers
We need enthusiastic, team spirited and committed people to provide a good quality and efficient service to our customers over the telephone, ensuring an accurate and friendly service at all times. You will enjoy using your initiative to solve queries and take enormous satisfaction from providing good accurate information.
Sales Advisers
As part of our friendly telephone sales team you’ll be helping new and existing customers find the holidays to meet their needs. With an unlimited bonus available if you exceed your personal targets, we’ll make sure you’re motivated to help our Customers book their dream holiday.
For the above positions, if you’ve already got customer service, telesales or sales experience that’s great. What we’re really interested in is your personality, your confidence and your energy. Always ready to take the next call, you’re someone who has the natural ability to hit targets and close deals.
Our next comprehensive induction course starts in August 2008. In return we will offer you a thorough training programme, good remuneration package, plus unlimited bonus potential, flexible working time and a friendly working environment. Our Call Centre is open every day, Monday to Friday from 9am – 8pm, Saturday from 9am – 4pm and Sunday from 10am – 3pm.
