  • How do I book?
    On-line:
    You can reserve your holiday on­line and then make your payment over the phone. Simply book on-line to receive your booking reference number and quote this when calling our Holiday Advisors.

    If you do not contact us within 48 hrs, your booking will automatically expire. If you have any further queries, please call 01858 410818.

    By Phone:
    Contact our Holiday Advisors on 01858 410818 and one of our helpful and friendly team will book your holiday and answer any questions you may have.

    Office hours:
    Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm
    Saturday 9am to 4pm
    Sunday 10am to 3pm
    A telephone answering service is available outside office hours.

    Calls may be recorded to ensure a high level of customer service.


  • When is my booking confirmed?
    Booking On-line:
    After making a booking, a note of confirmation will appear on screen containing your booking reference number. You can print this page. If you supply your e-mail address whilst booking, you will receive further confirmation details immediately after you have booked on-line. A confirmation invoice will be posted to you approximately 14 days later.

    Booking by Phone:
    If you book over the telephone our Holiday Advisors will inform you of your booking reference number. You will then receive a confirmation invoice by post within 14 days.


  • How can I pay for my holiday?
    On-line:
    • You can opt to pay the required deposit or the balance in full when making a booking. If you decide to only pay a deposit on-line you will then need to contact our Holiday Advisors on 01858 410818 to pay the balance by debit/credit card or you could post a cheque.
    • You can pay the full amount on-line by credit/debit card.
    • You could also take advantage of our on­line facility to reserve a holiday without making any payment at all, followed by a phone call to our Holiday Advisors on 01858 410818 to pay the deposit or the entire sum within 3 days of the provisional booking.

    By Phone:
    • Pay the required deposit only followed by the balance.
    • Pay the entire sum.
    • Reserve your holiday and then post a cheque for the deposit or entire sum.


  • When is the remaining balance due for a holiday?
    The balance is required no later than 8 weeks before departure on the majority of our holidays, please refer to our relevant Booking Conditions for when to pay the balance. If you are due to travel within 8 weeks of making the booking, payment is required in full when you book your holiday.


  • Is there an age restriction for your holidays?
    On European holidays, we accept children aged between 2-15 years.
    On Long Haul and USA holidays, children over the age of 12 years can travel. Please note we do not accept flights for unaccompanied minors. There is no maximum age limit on our holidays.


  • Do I need a visa?
    Visas are required for visits to a number of countries that we go to and may include an extra charge. Details about visas can be found on the Passports & Visas page within Holiday Info on the website or within the General Information pages of every brochure. Please check carefully if you need a visa as we cannot accept responsibility for the cancellation of a holiday due to the non-granting of a visa.

  • What special requests are you able to accept?
    Meals on flights, low floor accommodation and adjacent rooms in hotels.Although we will do our best to comply, we cannot guarantee that your special request will be met but we will certainly pass them onto our supplier.


  • When and how will I receive my tickets?
    Your tickets and final travel details will be issued approximately 7-10 days prior to departure.


  • Do you make refreshment stops on coach journeys?
    Your first day's coach journey is, of course, planned to include adequate stops en route. However, sometimes traffic delays result in the coach being unable to make refreshment stops. For this reason we advise you to take a snack and drink with you on the first day to cover this eventuality.


  • I want to cancel my booking, how do I do this?
    If you wish to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed the person who made the booking must telephone our Customer Services Department on 01858 468400 without delay and confirm the cancellation. Please note you will be liable to pay cancellation fees as detailed in our Booking Conditions.
