On each cruise aboard this four-star cruiser you will be accompanied by on-board cruise representatives. The first-class on-board accommodation features the luxury of spacious cabins and bathrooms with both a shower and separate bath, which is unusual for a river cruiser. Built to the highest standards of safety and design, the MS Serenade 1 has something for everyone.

Life onboard

You can unwind on the Sun Deck, in the comfortable lounge bar or in the privacy of your well-equipped cabin. Attentive and friendly staff are always on hand to ensure you have everything you need.

Life ashore

Cruising means discovering new and exciting ports of call whilst relaxing en route. Our Cruise Representatives are always on hand to give you information and advice about a destination if you want to explore independently, otherwise carefully planned excursions with knowledgeable Specialist Guides are available to make sure you get the most from each port of call.

What to wear

Life on board a river cruiser is fairly relaxed and although there is no strict dress code, we would recommend you take comfortable, casual clothing for daytime shore excursions and time spent at leisure on the ship. Evenings aboard are elegant affairs and most people opt for smart-casual attire. For the more formal Captain's Gala Dinner gentlemen will feel comfortable in a suit and tie, whilst ladies usually wear cocktail dresses or similar.

Spacious, comfortable cabins

The cabins are amongst the largest of any river cruiser, at 16 square metres. We want you to feel at home so we've included plenty of storage space and individually controlled air-conditioning to keep the temperature just how you like it. The twin beds are hotel standard and there is a seating area for relaxation. All cabins have flat-screen satellite TV, phone, fridge, tea and coffee-making facilities, safe and a hairdryer. The en suite bathrooms have a separate shower, bath and WC. Cabins are non-smoking but you can smoke on deck. On the upper two decks all cabins have floor-to-ceiling sliding French windows for a great view or cooling breeze.

Let us take care of your luggage

If you choose to travel to meet MS Serenade 1 by Eurostar from London St Pancras, we include a luggage transfer service. Check your luggage in at the station and forget about it until you arrive at MS Serenade I, where it will be waiting for you in your cabin. Please note: This service is limited to one piece of luggage per person travelling on Eurostar from/to London St. Pancras only. Passengers must check in no later than one hour prior to departure.

• Sit back and relax with a drink in the panoramic lounge and bar
• Indulge in the delicious cuisine served in the elegant dining room
• Soak up the sun or just breathe in the fresh air on the large, partially covered Sun Deck
• Make use of the sauna or gym equipment if you're feeling energetic
• Retire to your spacious cabin, each complete with individually controlled air-conditioning, bath and separate shower, mini-bar, tea and coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, multi-channel TV and telephone
• For your comfort, there is a lift and a laundry service on board

Enjoy delicious cuisine prepared by our resident chefs and served in an elegant, relaxed dining room while you meander past some of the most beautiful scenery in Europe. A delicious array of hot and cold dishes are available throughout the cruise and highlights include the Captain's splendid farewell Gala Dinner.
