Accommodation

You will stay in the comfortable business style Leonardo Hotel Brugge, located on the outskirts of Bruges. Hotel amenities include a restaurant, bar and lift and all bedrooms feature TV, telephone, hairdryer and private facilities.

Resort

Day 1
Local departure and a mid-morning crossing to Calais. We cross the border into Belgium and enjoy an included visit to the popular seaside resort of Ostend before continuing to Bruges for a three night stay.

Days 2 & 3
Free to relax and enjoy our included full day in Bruges. You will have plenty of time to explore the beautiful old centre, where you can walk between the small Christmas markets and maybe pick up a special gift or two. Don’t forget to sample a hot mulled wine or waffle along the way!

Bruges also has a superb selection of stylish shops, restaurants, cafés and bars, where you can try some of the world-famous Belgian beers. As you wander through the streets and alleyways you will also discover the intricate lacework and delicious chocolates for which the town is so famous.

In the evening we include a transfer from your hotel back into the old centre.

The following excursion is optional:
Antwerp - Three-quarter day excursion to the city famous for its diamond cutting industry and associations with painters such as Rubens.

Day 4
Depart after breakfast for a visit to the popular Cité Europe shopping centre, before a late afternoon crossing back to the UK, continuing to your original departure point in the evening.
