The scenic Moselle Valley has many picture postcard villages with welcoming taverns and a gently flowing river that exudes an air of peace and tranquility. The delicious local wines are produced by endless vineyards on both sides of the river. The pretty riverside resort of Brodenbach is located on the northern bank of the River Moselle, roughly mid-way between the famous towns of Cochem and Koblenz. Whilst 2000 year old Koblenz (also known as a ‘Moselle town’) is situated further north where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet. Known for its culture, this friendly town also offers the perfect base to explore the Moselle area.
