Monet’s Garden
A full day excursion including entrance to the beautiful house and gardens of the famous artist Claude Monet at Giverny. Monet planted and painted here from 1883 to 1926 and the garden is most famous for its water lily pool, the inspiration for some of his best known works. Don’t miss the beautiful Japanese bridge hung with wisteria and other delightful features.
The following excursions are optional:
Honfleur
Three-quarter day tour visiting this picturesque fishing port, known as ‘the Artist’s Paradise’ during the 19th century because of the many impressionist painters who met there. Today, artists still gather on the quayside of the pretty harbour.
