Holiday handbook

When you're there

When you arrive at your destination, you'll be met by one of our friendly team of Tour Managers or local representatives. They'll be around to offer help, advice, support, and to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly.

If there's anything that you're unhappy about, you must tell our tour manager or local representative straightaway. We won't consider any claims for compensation if we weren't given the opportunity to put things right on the spot.

In the event of an emergency, and if someone isn't available to help you, you should call our emergency number which is manned twenty four hours a day, every day of the week. You'll be sent details of this service with your travel documents.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the information is correct at the time of going to press in September 2009. However, details may change and Travelsphere can accept no liability for subsequent alterations or their consequences.

Tipping

Tipping is a way of life in many countries outside the UK and will be expected in restaurants, by taxi drivers etc. Speak to your Tour Manager/local representative should you be unsure as to how much to tip for a service you have been provided.

Shopping

Many of our tours take in local shops and markets and some will visit factory shops or outlets, selling a range of goods. We know our customers like the chance to sample the local wares and purchase mementos to take home. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for the quality of the goods you have purchased or for any costs you may incur in having the goods delivered to your home address.
