We are currently experiencing some technical issues with our phone systems. If you would like to contact us by telephone, please call us on 0800 987 5136 or 0800 644 6346.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to rectify these problems as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and hope to have the systems up and running shortly.

Contact centre opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-8pm; Saturday 9am-5.30pm; Sunday 10am-4pm (excludes customer services). Calls may be recorded to ensure a high level of customer service.

In the event of an emergency, you can call us 24 hours a day. You can find the number of our 24-hour duty office in the front cover of your ticket wallet. Calls to this number should only be made in a genuine emergency - this is not a general information service. In all other cases, please call 0844 567 9966 during normal office hours.
