Once you have selected your holiday, click the 'Book this holiday' button and follow the simple instructions on your screen. After making a booking, a note of confirmation will appear containing your booking reference number. You can print this page. If you supply your email address while booking, you will receive confirmation details immediately after booking online. A confirmation invoice will be posted to you approximately 14 days later. You can reserve your holiday online with a deposit, then pay your balance later.

A telephone answering service is available outside office hours. Calls may be recorded to ensure a high level of customer service.
In the event of an emergency, you can call us 24 hours a day. You can find the number of our 24-hour duty office in the front cover of your ticket wallet. Calls to this number should only be made in a genuine emergency - this is not a general information service. In all other cases, please call 0844 567 9966 during normal office hours.
You can pay online or over the phone using your Switch/Maestro or Delta card. No charge is made for payment by debit card. There is a £10 administration charge for payments by cheque. A processing fee of 2.0% will be applied to all credit card payments including American Express.
