Book online

Once you have selected your holiday, click the 'Book this holiday' button and follow the simple instructions on your screen. After making a booking, a note of confirmation will appear containing your booking reference number. You can print this page. If you supply your email address while booking, you will receive confirmation details immediately after booking online. A confirmation invoice will be posted to you approximately 14 days later. You can reserve your holiday online with a deposit, then pay your balance later.

Book by phone

Call us on 0844 567 9966. One of our helpful and friendly Holiday Advisors will book your holiday and answer any questions you may have.

Office hours

Monday to Friday: 9am to 8pm

Saturday: 9am to 4pm

Sunday: 10am to 3pm

A telephone answering service is available outside office hours. Calls may be recorded to ensure a high level of customer service.

Emergency calls

In the event of an emergency, you can call us 24 hours a day. You can find the number of our 24-hour duty office in the front cover of your ticket wallet. Calls to this number should only be made in a genuine emergency - this is not a general information service. In all other cases, please call 0800 567 7372 during normal office hours.

Payment methods

You can pay online or over the phone using your Switch/Maestro or Delta card. No charge is made for payment by cheque or debit card.

You may also pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Due to the fee levied by credit card companies, a 2 per cent charge will be made on any payments made by credit/charge card.
