Motor Racing Specialist (3 month secondment)
We are looking to recruit a Motor Racing Specialist on a three month secondment to work within the Motor Racing section of the Contact Centre. Enthusiastic and a good team player, the ideal person will provide assistance to clients booking onto our motor racing tours.
This is a 3-month secondment working on a full time annualised contract between the opening hours of the call centre. Overtime may be necessary at busy times.
You will need experience of working in a sales / customer service environment, good keyboard skills with attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner. A personal interest in the sport would also be a huge advantage. The ability to be able to work flexibly is a must!
Our Contact Centre is open every day, 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm on Saturdays and 10am to 3pm on Sundays.

Assistant Financial Accounts Manager
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to assist in managing the Finance team. Responsibilities include overseeing the processing of all incoming and outgoing financial transactions; reporting on currency spend and currency exchange gains and losses and other data analysis required by the business; monitoring & controlling the Purchase & Sales Ledger.
This is a varied, challenging and rewarding job, the right person will have;

- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Experience of managing, influencing and motivating a team
- Commercial awareness
PC literacy and previous experience of Microsoft Office is essential.
Hours of work are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5:30pm. Overtime will be required as and when necessary.

Web editor/copywriter
For this role, you will need to be a talented copywriter and editor; comfortable with producing new content and managing the publishing of pre-existing copy. You will plan and manage the development of the content for Travelsphere Group’s websites, e-mails and associated electronic media.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small team of Web Content Assistants
- Working with Marketing colleagues to produce new content for the Travelsphere Groups websites and email campaigns
- Repurposing/rewriting existing brochure copy for a web audience
- Identifying and managing third-party content relationships
- Basic web page creation from existing templates using tool such as Dreamweaver and Photoshop
- The ability to write engaging informational and sales-driven copy to tight deadlines
Preferred skills and experience:
- Previous travel industry experience
- A sound geographical awareness
- Image manipulation and optimisation
- Basic HTML/CSS
- Web usability
- Knowledge of Web Standards
- Web-based content management systems
It goes without saying that your communication skills both written and verbal will be second to none and you’ll have the ability to manage your team to achieve business targets and deadlines.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic people to work as part of our customer services team.
All of the roles on offer are challenging and varied. You will be responsible for dealing with our suppliers, and ensuring that our customers receive accurate and timely holiday documentation.
You will need to have first class communication skills, be highly organized with an eye for detail and have a genuine passion for customer service. These are varied and challenging roles. If you’ve got lots of customer services experience, and the ability to think creatively, we’d love to hear from you.
Previous experience of Microsoft Office is essential.
